Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of purchasing your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, refunds will be processed. Depending on your bank, funds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
All of our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your item becomes faulty, please email support@simmodshub.au with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We will send a replacement part or a new item.
Once the issue is identified, you will need to send the faulty item back to us at our cost. Detailed instructions will be provided once approved. We will ship out your replacement once we receive the faulty item. Items received without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item following the standard return process. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
